Funding Release is a trading name of Vektr Leads LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Registration Number: 17295795), with its registered office at 124-128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX. References to "we," "us," or "our" mean Vektr Leads LTD.

Funding Release is a credit broker, not a lender. We do not lend money, underwrite finance, or make credit decisions. We introduce UK registered Limited Companies to a single, hand-selected commercial finance broker or lender from our partner network.

When you submit an enquiry through this website, we pass your business and contact details to one (1) commercial finance partner, for the purpose of them contacting you about your funding requirement. We do not sell or distribute your details to multiple parties.

We may receive a commission, fee, or other financial benefit from our partner if you go on to enter into a finance agreement following an introduction from us. This does not affect the terms, rate, or cost of any finance offered to you.

This service is available exclusively to UK-registered Limited Companies and LLPs seeking commercial finance of £25,000 or more. We do not accept enquiries from sole traders, unincorporated partnerships, or individuals seeking personal/consumer credit. We reserve the right to decline any enquiry that does not meet this criteria.

Commercial finance introductions for registered Limited Companies are unregulated activities in the United Kingdom under Article 36A of the Regulated Activities Order. These introductions are not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). You will not have access to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) or the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) in connection with this introduction.

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee that you will be offered finance, or offered finance on any particular terms. All lending decisions are made solely by our partner lenders and brokers, subject to their own status and underwriting checks.

If you have a complaint about our service or how your data has been handled, please contact us in the first instance at hello@fundingrelease.co.uk. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and respond in full within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk — our ICO registration reference is ZC180272.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
