Vektr Leads LTD is the data controller responsible for your personal data. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZC180272. Funding Release is a credit broker, not a lender. We introduce UK registered Limited Companies to commercial finance partners.

When you submit an enquiry, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, business name, postcode, business turnover, finance type, amount requested, purpose, and timeline. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies and analytics tools.

We use your information to:

• Assess whether your enquiry meets our eligibility criteria (UK Limited Company, £25,000+ finance requirement)
• Pass your details to a single commercial finance broker or lender from our partner network, so they can contact you about your enquiry
• Improve our website and advertising through analytics

We do not sell or share your details with more than one commercial partner per enquiry. We do not use your information for any purpose other than those listed above without your further consent.

The finance partner matched to your enquiry will make one contact regarding your specific enquiry only. We do not authorise partners to use your details for ongoing marketing, promotional contact, or to add you to any marketing list beyond this single response to your enquiry.

We process your information on the basis of your consent (when you submit the enquiry form and tick the consent checkbox confirming you agree to be contacted). Where we rely on legitimate interests, this is limited to operating our introduction service and improving our site — we have assessed that this does not override your privacy rights given the limited, single-contact scope of our processing.

We pass your details to a single, hand-selected commercial finance partner from our network for the purpose of contacting you about your specific enquiry. We do not share or sell your details to multiple parties. The finance partner matched to your enquiry will make one contact regarding your specific enquiry only. We do not authorise partners to use your details for ongoing marketing, promotional contact, or to add you to any marketing list beyond this single response to your enquiry. We may also share data with technology providers who support our business operations, under data processing agreements that require them to protect your data in accordance with UK GDPR.
